Only 3 kilometres away from the beach of Playa Mogan where all the action is.
And on the lane where the local garden centre is, browse at the exotic fruit trees and plants, or buy.
There is a local fruit and vegetable co-operative, where you can buy localy grown fruit and veg, and free range from corn fed hens, local eggs.
Or have a meal or drink in the local (400 metres away) Canarian Country Garden El Tanke restaurant.Or just simply sit on the terrace at night in the peace and quiet (except for the crickets chirping) sipping wine and viewing the lights of where its all at, at the Playa mogan
Or visit the Golden beach of the Playa, or (the little venice port) both with lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants.
Take a romantic boat trip for a meal out to sea, see the ship wrecks from the Yellow submarine under the sea. Go on fishing or dolphin trips, take the ferry to Puerto Rico or Arguiniguin.
Or just sit and people watch, the fishermen coming in or going out to fish and the locals as they go about there daily business.

How to reach the property
The drive from the airport takes just under 1 hour,It is motorway (GC 1) for most of the way.
When you come out of the airport you are immediately on the motorway,Take the signs for SUR (south).Keep going right to the end of the motorway (Puerto Rico) and then follow the signs for Mogan,When you arrive in Mogan you come to a cross roads with a Petrol station in front of you,Turn right here in about 1 Kmtr.you come to a roundabout turn right and follow the road bearing right again.Los Naranjos is about 400 Mtrs on the right (the last building,painted White) If you telephone me I will meet you at the petrol station, |

This tasteful resort on the sheltered southwest corner of Gran Canaria enjoys a glorious year-round climate and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful sunny holiday. Puerto Mogan is a delightful combination of the original whitewashed fishing village nestling on the hillside which overlooks both the golden sandy beach and marina harbour below.
Nicknamed “Little Venice”, the resort has been carefully designed with a maximum of three levels to maintain its unique ambience. Behind the marina harbour, where yachts from the world over are moored, is a charming network of walkways and canals overhung with colourful tropical flowers and plants.
There is a wide choice of excellent restaurants, cafés and bars in Puerto Mogan, many overlooking either the beach or the harbour, and also a variety of shops, boutiques and a good supermarket.
Activities generally revolve around the water and apart from swimming and sunbathing include diving, fishing and yacht trips. You can take the glass-bottomed ferry to Puerto Rico and Arguineguin, although there is also a good local bus service and taxis are on hand at reasonable rates. There are also two major golf courses within easy reach of Puerto Mogan.
